Hey! I'm Rae. I founded RAE.AGENCY to help creatives work through a struggle I was seeing all too often in my decade of experience in the world of creative operations and project management. Creatives often just don't have the time or headspace to tackle operational challenges, and get stuck in a frustrating loop of falling behind on their creative goals because of time spent on operational drudgery, which in turn piles up more day-to-day challenges, and the cycle continues.
